Request: En Guarde

Here is the picture requested. He wanted Riku and Sora as kids and playing pirates with toy swords. Well, um... being me, I kinda' tweaked it a little bit. I didn't realise that they had to be playing with toy swords because I am completely oblivious in that sense... but, nevertheless, I hope you love it Babynaruto.
When I was drawing this I had a whole scene playing out inside my head that Riku and Sora were arguing about who was going to open the treasure chest they found. Sora really wanted to open it, but Riku (being an ass) is mocking Sora, saying he can't because Sora is the first mate while Riku is the captain. Then Sora complains that Riku is always the captain, while Riku disagrees. This goes on for a little while, until all hell breaks loose. After their little hissy, they fall asleep, exhausted but laughing, forgetting what they were even arguing about to begin with... and there's probably someone out there thinking that this is a budding romance!
A huge problem I had with the scene is where the keyhole was, I accidentally used a really leaky marker, and the whole thing smudged, which was a real pain. For a good day, I argued with myself if I should scrap it or Photoshop it. Obviously, I chose the latter option. Proportionally, I think that I made Sora taller than Riku, and the hands are funny... but I think that the treasure chest was okay and their profiles turned out relatively good as well. So, I have nothing really more to say. Till the next time people!
PS - What the fudge?! I just realized the difference in update days has been less than a week! Mmmm...I'm on a roll baby!
PPS - I'm thinking of doing a sketch like this that has Riku and Kairi featured... any ideas? :3
