When frogs start talking...

...you're either very heavily intoxicated or something seriously whacked up is going on! That was my thought on this scene when I was watching Disney's most recent 2D animated movie. One of the thing's I enjoyed about this movie is that (despite it's stereotypes), it had some of the best comic violence I have seen recently. Seriously, western cartoon shows aren't like they used to be!!! It really grates my nerves!
Anyways, I was just doodling this scene to try and work on my poses and Disney-style, but I really liked this piece and decided to make it a proper drawing. This is the point when Tiana is about to hit Naveen with the book but he's trying to stop her and hop on the vanity cabinet (note that you don't see this pose but what the hey). Originally, the background was in marker, but I found it rather disgusting, so I added a simple digital instead. Naveen is a little bit... odd... and Tiana's torso is as well. I threw in the bear for extra (mainly because I like the bear). Critique is also appreciated!

Tools I used:- Letraset Tria and Promarker Markers, mechanical pencil, rubber, Letraset fineliner and Photoshop CS4
Time taken:- Around 7 hours is my best guess
